Really interested in this project. One thing to consider in the final design is the having a distro plate or screen after the inlet. Otherwise if the tamp isnt spot on channelling through the puck can occur.

It's not shown in this post, but there is a shower screen after the inlet. For now I borrowed a La Pavoni shower screen: /posts/2021-02-26-closed-loop-espresso-intro/
